Step 4.
In the White Box, Double Click i4Market Support. This will
send the request to our network that you need remote assistance. The
program will try to connect for 5 minutes then stop until you
request another session. It maybe be advisable to call us at
603-626-8120 before requesting assistance to insure that there is
someone available to answer the request.
