If
you're reading this page it is because your account information has
been sent to you and you are now ready to setup your account in
Microsoft
Outlook,
Outlook Express or other email client. Instructions are provided
for
Microsoft
Outlook and
Outlook Express.
Any account that is used inappropriately will be terminated
immediately. This includes the intentional or unintentional sending
of spam, spoof mails, phishing emails etc or any situation that is
in violation of our hosting
Acceptable Use and/or
Spam Policies.
The instructions
below outlines the correct way to setup Microsoft Outlook Express
for sending and receiving email through your account. For
instructions to setup Microsoft Outlook 2003

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
Express and go to the Tools menu then select Accounts.

2. Click Add and select Mail

3. Enter your name and click
Next >

4. Enter the email address you
have been assigned and click Next >

5. Select POP3 and enter your
Incoming and Outgoing Mail servers as shown below.

6. Enter your email address and
password and make sure the check box is checked to remember your
password. Click Next >
Please
note: Usernames and Password are case sensitive.

7. Click Finish.

8. Now we must go back and
change some settings that were not available during the wizard. In
the Box below Select the Mail tab and then double click on the
mail.getinterviews.com Account.

9. In the box below, make sure
the Include this account when receiving and sending mail or
synchronizing is checked.

10. On the Servers Tab.... Put a
check mark the in My Server requires authentication, and Click the
Settings button/

11. Make sure Use same settings
as my incoming mail server is selected. Click OK

12. Click OK

13. Click on your account and
click "Set As Default" button, then Click Close.

14. To Test your settings, send
yourself an email using your new account. If all goes well and you can
send and receive. Then your done.
If your email
stays in your Outbox... then your ISP maybe blocking your outgoing
mail port. Follow the next steps below to fix this.
1. Go to the Tools menu then
select Accounts.

2. Double click on your
account.

2. Select the Advanced tab

4. Change port 25 to port 26 and
click OK

4. Click Close

5. To Test your settings, send
yourself an email using your new account.
