If
you're reading this page it is because your account information has
been sent to you and you are now ready to setup your account in
Microsoft Outlook,
Outlook Express
or other email client. Instructions are provided for
Microsoft Outlook
and
Outlook Express.
Any
account that is used inappropriately will be terminated immediately.
This includes the intentional or unintentional sending of spam,
spoof mails, phishing emails etc or any situation that is in
violation of our
Acceptable Use
and/or
Spam Policies.
The
instructions below outlines the correct way to setup Microsoft
Outlook 2003 for sending and receiving email through your
account. For instructions to setup Microsoft Outlook Express
click here!
1. Open Microsoft
Outlook and go to the Tools menu then select Email Accounts.

2. Select Add new
e-mail account and click next >

3. Select POP3 and
click next >

4. Enter the
account information you were supplied as shown below then click More
Settings. Please note: Usernames and
Password are case sensitive

5. Enter your
Information below then click the Outgoing Server tab.

6. Make sure your
Outgoing Server are set exactly as shown below, then click OK.

7. You should now
be back to this screen. Click Test Account Settings.

8. If all your test
passed as shown with all green checks, your done. Click close and
Jump to Step 15

9. If your test
results in an error as below then most likely your outgoing SMTP
port is blocked. Click Close.


10. Click More
Settings

11. On the Advanced
Tab Change port 25 to port 26.

12. It should now
look like this. Click OK

13. Click Test
Account Settings

14. All test should
now pass. If so, click Close.
