Our servers are setup with RAID
1 technology with 2 high speed disk drives. All data written to one
drive is automatically written to the second drive. Should one drive
fail the other drive keeps on working. All servers are automatically
backed up nightly to a separate backup server.

DATACENTER - i4Market makes full use of
redundancy, to ensure that there is no single point of failure in our
connectivity to the Internet. We utilize multiple links to the
Internet, which currently consists of multiple Gigabit Ethernet fiber
backbones into a range of Tier 1 and 2 networks. Our on-site transit
providers include Level3, AT&T, Verizon, NEON, Choice One, GNAPS and
MCI and uses BGP for continued performance. This level of connectivity
ensures that a high level of reliability and redundancy is maintained.

CAPACITY - i4Market's allocation and
Network is currently under-utilized, which signifies that we have
plenty of excess capacity, even during peak periods. This allows us to
accommodate for large spikes in traffic. We are always adding network
capacity in an effort to ensure that content is delivered to your
audience as efficiently as possible.
REAL-TIME MONITORING - i4Market uses SNMP
(Simple Network Management Protocol) to monitor all aspects of our
network. Network utilization statistics are collected and graphed by
Cacti and RTG, then analyzed by our support staff.
ENVIRONMENT - Our network is climate
controlled and kept between 65-72º F (18-22C). Humidity is maintained
at optimal levels to keep your equipment cool and static electricity
at a minimum. The facility is controlled by duel 20-Ton Airflow
Liebert's. These systems provide a virtually dust-free and
particle-free computing environment, with temperature, humidity, and
air-quality regulation.
SECURITY - Restricted access to the Network
Operations Center is monitored every day. Visitors and clientele are
only allowed on-site if escorted by Network Operations Center where
Keycard access and locking cabinets keep out un-wanted hands.
FAIL SAFE POWER SUPPLY - Our facility
houses internal UPS systems and incase of failure provides a Onan
Cummings 125 Kw Three Phase Diesel Generator.

At i4Market we're serious about
fighting spam, so we go to great lengths to insure you don't receive
hundreds of spam emails per day. Here's some of the ways we are
fighting the spam war. To learn more about DNSBL filtering visit

Composite Blacklist.
i4Market currently utilizes 3 very
popular DNSBL blacklist that many other ISP's and service providers
are using. These RBL's are the best of best.
SpamCop
SpamCop is the premier service for reporting spam. SpamCop
determines the origin of unwanted email and reports it to the
relevant Internet service providers.
SpamHaus
Spamhaus tracks the Internet's Spammers, Spam Gangs and Spam
Services, provides dependable realtime anti-spam protection for
Internet networks, and works with Law Enforcement to identify
and pursue spammers worldwide.
The
Composite Blocking List
The CBL takes its source data from very large spamtraps / mail
infrastructures, and only lists IPs exhibiting characteristics
which are specific to open proxies of various sorts (HTTP,
socks, AnalogX, wingate etc) which have been abused to send
spam, worms/viruses that do their own direct mail transmission,
or some types of trojan-horse or "stealth" spamware, dictionary
mail harvesters etc.
SpamGuardian
SpamGuardian is a i4Market proprietary spam system utilized on
all i4Market hosting servers. This system is not deployed on any
colocation accounts.
Spam Filtering Software.
SpamAssassin is a mail filter to identify spam. Using its
rule base, it uses a wide range of heuristic tests on mail
headers and body text to identify "spam", also known as
unsolicited commercial email. Each email is evaluated against
message rules that associate a content pattern or characteristic
with spam. Each rule is assigned a value called a score. When
the text in an email matches a rule, a score is assigned to the
email. If the sum of all such scores exceeds the set threshold
(low, medium, high, or custom) which is defined by the user, the
message is categorized as spam.
The Spam Filtering service allows flexibility in controlling and
managing spam. The User Administrator can review the email
messages and choose to delete spam messages, have them delivered
as an attachment, or quarantine them in a spam folder. Note:
This tool is turned off by default, if you wish this tool
enabled on your server, please email your request to us.
